Cloud Soft Treats , a leading producer of cold desserts, is looking for a dedicated Commissary Production Lead to join our commissary in Mandaluyong City. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers. What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on machinery Assist with the set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines Work closely with the planning and scheduling team to ensure production targets are met Adhere to all health, safety, and quality control protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements Maintain accurate records and documentation as required What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience working in a commissary, food production, kitchen, or related field Previous experience in production, preferably in the food industry Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues quickly Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement About Us Cloud Soft Treats is a leading producer of premium frozen yogurt, committed to delivering top-quality products made with care and innovation.
