The Job: As a Product Marketing Assistant, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities Support Product Manager in organizing various projects Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires Provide backend support to PM in terms of but not limited to marketing request, desk research, project coordination, supplier coordination. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information (Keep in utmost confidentiality) Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success Coordination with marketing agencies with regard to our projects Communicate directly with customers and consumers with regard to marketing projects The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: Proven experience as a marketing assistant with at least 1 year experience in a related administrative or marketing assistant function Good understanding of office management and organizational skills Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications such as MS Powerpoint, Excel / Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook Good communication and people skills College Graduate Preferred And More: We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
