Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve features and functionalities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product milestones in alignment with project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on progress.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in technology-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools for project management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • A solid understanding of product lifecycle management and software development processes.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
