As Cloud IT Specialistyou are given tasks within implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Cloudsolutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network andSecurity. Environments used are Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud andAWS.

IT Operations Center

Short description ofthe IT Operations Center

Global IT, ITOperations will deliver IT service delivery across IT vertical from the ITOperations Center where one is placed in Manila and the other is in Warsaw, Poland. The goal for the IT Operations Center is to solve and reducethe number of major and critical incidents and be part of delivering global24/7 IT service delivery. The IT Operations Center will consist of all relevantIT Operations areas and hold competencies ranging from IT Security, Network,Server, Cloud, Database, Citrix and O365.The IT Operations Center is acrucial part of the total IT service delivery to global business users.

Key Tasks

• Automateinstallations using relevant scripting tools
• ProvisionIaaS and PaaS services with Azure pipelines
• Buildand maintain shared systems, i.e. monitoring, application platforms etc.
• Collaborateand share knowledge with relevant IT departments
• Troubleshootingof operational issues with application teams
• Estimateand plan worklogs
• Work inCompliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders,including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and otherinternal regulations in the company, including companys intellectualproperty protection
• Behaviorsand attitudes consistent with the values.
• Professionalskills development by participation in training and constantself-education

Educational background/ Work experience

• Universitydegree in IT or business studies or any related studies
• Minimum2 years' experience in a similar position (Cloud Administrator)
• Preferablework experience in IT Operations Center or business Process Centers
• Highknowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies
• Highknowledge of basic software
• Operationalmindset and cooperation skills
• EnglishExcellent language skills, both verbal and written
• ComputerLiteracy
• Proficiencywith Windows and MS Office
