What You’ll Do As the Senior Developer & IT Security Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of Doneverse’s digital infrastructure — from development to security. Your key responsibilities will include: Development & Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize internal websites, funnels, and applications. Implement secure and scalable API integrations. Cybersecurity & IT Security: Protect systems from threats, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure cyber resilience. System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify automation opportunities. Technical Leadership: Act as the go-to expert for tech escalations, integrations, and internal support. Collaboration: Work closely with business and operations teams to turn ideas into efficient technical solutions. Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation and provide guidance for non-technical users. Who You Are You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You’re hands-on, resourceful, and driven to build systems that actually work — efficiently, securely, and at scale. Must-Have Qualifications At least 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (web apps, funnels, API integrations). Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, Python , or similar languages. Strong background in IT security , cyber risk management, and vulnerability mitigation. Experience maintaining web-based platforms in a fast-growing or startup environment. Knowledge of WordPress, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and cloud platforms . Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills — you can explain tech in plain English. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Make.com , Zapier, or similar automation platforms. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, or advanced API integrations . Prior experience in SaaS or digital marketing environments. Why Join Doneverse?
