What You’ll Do Oversee 4–8 retail stores and ensure sales targets are met across all product categories: laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, networking products, and accessories. Manage each store’s social media and digital presence to boost online and offline sales. Track performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Build & Lead High-Performing Teams Recruit, train, and coach branch managers and their teams. Leverage Gigahertz’s industry-leading training programs: Product Knowledge Leadership Development Conduct weekly coaching sessions and ensure leadership cascades down to every frontliner. Communicate & Execute with Clarity Set clear sales targets and objectives for each branch. Ensure alignment with company strategies for online and offline sales. Report area performance, challenges, and wins to the Regional Manager. Implement head office directives—policy changes, promotions, pricing—backed by proof of execution. Ensure Operational Excellence Maintain store compliance with audit, HR, warehouse, and accounting requirements. Safeguard company assets and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
