CXC Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Claims Manager In this role, you’ll oversee the full claims lifecycle from assessment to resolution with a strong focus on consumer lines and travel insurance . You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and continuously improve processes to make things faster, fairer, and simpler for our customers. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the end-to-end claims process , ensuring timely, accurate, and fair resolution. Handle consumer and travel insurance claims , including complex or high-value cases. Strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to deliver exceptional service. Ensure full compliance with local insurance laws and internal governance standards. Analyze claims data to spot trends, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. Drive process improvements and implement best practices for smoother operations. Coach and mentor your team to build a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability. What You’ll Bring A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in claims management, ideally within insurance or travel assistance . Deep understanding of Philippine insurance regulations and claims processes. Proven leadership and people management skills.
