In this role, you'll oversee the full claims lifecycle from assessment to resolution with a strong focus on
consumer lines and travel insurance

You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and continuously improve processes to make things faster, fairer, and simpler for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the
end-to-end claims process
, ensuring timely, accurate, and fair resolution. - Handle
consumer and travel insurance claims
, including complex or high-value cases. - Strengthen relationships with
clients, brokers, and partners
to deliver exceptional service. - Ensure full
compliance
with local insurance laws and internal governance standards. - Analyze claims data to spot trends, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.
- Drive
process improvements
and implement best practices for smoother operations. - Coach and mentor your team to build a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
in claims management, ideally within
insurance or travel assistance
. - Deep understanding of
Philippine insurance regulations
and claims processes. - Proven
leadership and people management
skills.
