In this role, you'll oversee the full claims lifecycle from assessment to resolution with a strong focus on
consumer lines and travel insurance

You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and continuously improve processes to make things faster, fairer, and simpler for our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the
    end-to-end claims process
    , ensuring timely, accurate, and fair resolution.
  • Handle
    consumer and travel insurance claims
    , including complex or high-value cases.
  • Strengthen relationships with
    clients, brokers, and partners
    to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure full
    compliance
    with local insurance laws and internal governance standards.
  • Analyze claims data to spot trends, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.
  • Drive
    process improvements
    and implement best practices for smoother operations.
  • Coach and mentor your team to build a culture of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in claims management, ideally within
    insurance or travel assistance
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Philippine insurance regulations
    and claims processes.
  • Proven
    leadership and people management
    skills.
