This full-time Claims Manager role at MANILA BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE CORP' in Makati City Metro Manila is an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance provider. As Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective processing of insurance claims to provide high-quality service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a team of claims officers to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims
  2. Develop and implement claims handling processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  3. Analyse claims data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
  4. Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless claims experience for customers
  5. Provide training and support to claims officers to build their skills and knowledge
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and internal policies
  7. Monitor and report on key claims metrics to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a claims management role within the insurance industry
  2. Excellent understanding of insurance products, claims processes and regulations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex claims issues
  4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality customer service
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  7. Relevant insurance qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
