Claims Manager

- Oversee the entire Claims Department, ensuring efficient processes, timely settlements, and accurate reporting.
- Manage, investigate, and negotiate claims, ensuring fair insurer decisions and high-quality service for clients.
- Act as escalation point for complex cases, resolve disputes professionally, and represent the company in meetings with insurers and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the claims team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to maintain productivity and morale.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
· At least Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Communications or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 5-8 years' experience in non-life insurance claims.
· Able to establish rapport with partners
· Good communication skills both verbal and written
· Network building
· Critical thinking and stern decisiveness
· Extensive product knowledge
