Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Regional Property Supervisor to ensure efficient operation of the assigned portfolio.

Reports to

Regional Property Supervisor

The Essential Functions For This Position Are As Follows
  • Assist Regional Property Supervisors with day-to-day property management duties.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Process bills.
  • Serve as a backup Receptionist.
  • Interact with residents, onsite managers, supervisors, and office staff.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information per company policy to ensure privacy.
  • Screen calls from residents, vendors, and managers.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Skills required to complete this job include but are not limited to the following:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of office devices (printer, telephone, check scanner, etc.)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Resourcefulness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a plus
