Job Summary: The IT Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with business objectives. This role involves coordination with stakeholders, managing project teams, and maintaining quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, execute and oversee IT projects Allocate resources and manage project risks Ensure project milestones are met within scope, time, and budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors Monitor project progress and report to senior management Implement best practices and continuous process improvements Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues Key Qualifications: Educational & Professional Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) - for project planning and execution ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) - for IT service management CompTIA Network+ / Cisco CCNA - for networking knowledge GWS/Microsoft Azure / AWS Certified Solutions Architect - for cloud management ISC2:CC/CISSP/CISM - for cybersecurity management (if applicable) Technical Skills: IT Infrastructure & System Administration Experience in managing servers, virtualization, storage and enterprise networking Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Knowledge of IT security, firewalls, backup, and disaster recovery planning Understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy) IT Operations & Support Management Hands-on experience in IT service desk operations, troubleshooting, and user support Strong knowledge of incident management, change management, and IT compliance standards Ability to manage network performance, system uptime, and application availability ERP & Business Systems Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or other enterprise platforms) Familiarity with database management, SQL queries, and reporting tools Understanding of SCADA, MES and IoT solutions (for manufacturing environments) Cybersecurity and Compliance Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, IT General Controls (ITGC) and risk management frameworks Ability to implement security policies, access controls, and vulnerability assessments Project Management and Leadership Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects related to infrastructure, system upgrades, and digital transformation Strong problem-solving skills for resolving IT operational challenges Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations Ability to lead IT teams, trained end-users, and implement best IT practices Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Industry-Specific Knowledge (Poultry Food Manufacturing Focus) Understanding of IT systems supporting production, quality control and supply chain Ability to manage RFID tracking, automation, and IoT-based monitoring systems Experience ensuring IT compliance with food industry regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
