Job Title: Livestream Supervisor Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: Day Shift Location: Veterans Center, Taguig City Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Livestream Supervisor to oversee the planning, execution, and performance of livestream events across e-commerce and social platforms. The role requires technical expertise in livestream production, a strong understanding of live commerce strategies, and the ability to lead a team to deliver engaging and effective live content. Key Responsibilities: ● Supervise end-to-end livestream production, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation ● Lead and coordinate with livestream hosts, production staff, and technical teams to ensure seamless broadcasts ● Oversee livestream schedules, resource allocation, and team assignments to meet timelines and targets ● Ensure livestream content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging ● Monitor livestream quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements ● Train and guide hosts or presenters on product demonstrations and best practices for live selling ● Track livestream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions, sales) and prepare reports ● Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize livestream content and promotions ● Stay updated on livestream trends, tools, and e-commerce platform features to drive innovation ● Ensure compliance with platform policies, company standards, and industry best practices Education and Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field ● 1–2 years of experience in livestream operations, live commerce, or digital content production ● Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage Key Skills and Qualifications: ● Proficient in livestream production tools and software ● Familiarity with livestream e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Live/Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live) ● Strong understanding of product demonstration techniques for effective live selling ● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple projects ● Strong communication and leadership skills for managing hosts and production staff ● Flexible schedule; willing to work evenings and weekends to support livestream events ● Willing to be assigned onsite at Veterans Center, Taguig City Candidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
