As we expand our marketing engine, we’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn smart campaigns into real business growth. The Opportunity This is not a “brand awareness” role — it’s a revenue-impacting position . You’ll own the strategy and execution of digital campaigns that drive qualified discovery call leads , optimizing every step of the funnel — from ad to form to booked call.You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales and Partnerships team to attract, convert, and scale high-quality leads across Australia, New Zealand, and North America . Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize ROI-driven paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok . Manage and allocate paid media budgets to hit CPL, CAC, and ROAS targets. Design and test landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments for performance improvement. Use data and analytics to continuously optimize for conversion — not just clicks or impressions. Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly dashboards and actionable insights . Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Partnerships to align campaign messaging and funnel strategy. Research keywords, audiences, and new channels to expand reach and reduce acquisition costs. Implement conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization initiatives . Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithms, and ad tech to ensure Vault maintains a competitive edge. Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing , ideally in a B2B environment. Proven success in lead generation for service-based or offshore businesses. Hands‑on expertise with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads CRM, forms, and landing pages Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and UTM tracking Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and retargeting . Analytical mindset — you thrive on data, dashboards, and measurable ROI . Strong copywriting and creative optimization skills.
