Key Responsibilities: Digital Performance Analysis and Reporting – Monitor and analyze key metrics with Ads Manager, social media platforms, and Google Analytics; generate regular reports; provide data‑driven insights and recommendations. Paid Ads Implementation – Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google; optimize for reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROAS; conduct A/B testing. Social Media Strategy – Develop comprehensive strategies aligned with marketing objectives, including audience targeting, content planning, campaign optimization, and budget allocation. Client Management Support – Coordinate with project management, ad monitoring, data analysis, and research to implement paid campaign strategies and formulate recommendations based on data insights. Industry & Platform Research – Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes; evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance performance. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with content creators, designers, editors, and account managers to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 1–2 years of hands‑on performance marketing and media buying experience focused on social media advertising. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Creative mindset to generate innovative ideas for ad creatives and campaign strategies. Strong reporting skills and ability to manage multiple campaign reports simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and performance optimization. Certifications in social media marketing and digital advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
