Responsibilities
  • Present and promote our products and services to new and existing clients
  • Prospect and grow potential customer base
  • Educate clients on advances in the lighting and controls industry
  • Manage new and ongoing projects and coordinate all details with the specifiers, contractors, distributors and end users
  • Consult on lighting and controls designs
  • Engage with our manufacturers to coordinate joint presentations
  • Ability to maneuver in NYC’s fast paced environment
Qualifications
  • Education and experience in the lighting, controls or electrical industry
  • Current or previous account and project list
  • Knowledge of photometric software such as AGI32 and AutoCAD
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to negotiate
