Overview Our rapidly-growing marketing agency, with a growing support team in the Philippines, is actively seeking a proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Marketing Team. If you possess a flair for inventive advertising and thrive in a dynamic setting, you might be the ideal fit for our agency. Responsibilities Setting up, managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, including display ads, video advertising, and social ads. Lead generation, acquisition and performance optimisation, and implementing automation. Regular account hygiene and maintenance, including search terms and placement reviews. Stay up to date with the latest Meta and Google updates and trends to ensure content is relevant. Developing and managing email campaigns and nurture sequences. Managing Google Ads Campaigns, Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Social Advertising Campaigns and Pixel Analytics. Collaborate with the design team to brief and test data-driven, scroll-stopping creatives that capture attention and drive performance. Analyse campaign data to identify insights and scaling opportunities; prepare and present campaign reports using the agency\'s reporting software. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ of experience in marketing, advertising, or managing paid ads Facebook Blueprint certification Google Ads certification for Search, Display, AI Performance Ads, and AI Shopping Experience using Swydo What we offer Team Growth Plans : bespoke plans to help you realise and surpass your career ambitions.
