About the role

Bayanilife Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist (ADS) to join our dynamic team in Tarlac City, Tarlac. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to support our brand and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and implementing targeted advertising and promotional campaigns across various digital and traditional channels
  2. Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing plans and content creation
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals
  4. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven optimisations
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, techniques, and industry best practices
  6. Contributing to the development and refinement of the overall marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the brand management industry
  2. Excellent understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  4. Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems
  7. Passion for the marketing industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
