We're searching for a talented and results-oriented
Performance Marketing Specialist
to take the reins of our paid advertising efforts. If you have a proven track record of running and optimizing high-impact campaigns, live and breathe data, and have a creative streak, we want to talk to you. You'll be crucial in maximizing our
ROI
and driving measurable growth across our digital channels.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Plan, execute, and relentlessly optimize
    paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including
    Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads), Google Ads
    , and emerging channels like
    TikTok Ads
    and
    LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Monitor campaign health closely, adjusting strategies to crush key KPIs like
    CPL, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate
    .
  • Drive continuous improvement through rigorous
    A/B testing
    of creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign data
    , generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to elevate our overall performance marketing strategy.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our creative and sales teams to ensure campaigns are perfectly aligned with brand goals and resonant with our target audiences.
  • Be our internal expert—staying ahead of the curve on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform best practices.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

  • Minimum 2 years
    of direct, hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong, verifiable knowledge
    of the core digital ad ecosystem, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus experience with at least one emerging platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g.,
    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio/Looker Studio
    ).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a bonus, but proven experience is what really counts.
