Job Description - Finacle Delivery Manager

The Finacle Delivery Manager will manage overall Delivery of Finacle Core Banking Solution to deliver outcome and activities that the Program requires. Delivery Manager will work closely with Delivery team, relevant Senior Program stakeholders and forge good working relationships to aid in the team in delivery of the Program.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the overall delivery for the Program for Finacle functional and technical changes
  • Work with program team to ensure all project phases are designed, build and delivered
  • Manage the Milestones completion and take it to invoicing from Customer
  • Manage and deliver phase-gates of delivery and artefacts required for completion
  • Work with vendor and partner teams on day-to-day basis for delivery and quality management aspects
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across Prog. Management and Delivery & external stakeholders to facilitate deliverables
  • Form, lead, and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
  • Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing) across one or more lines of business
  • Coordinate with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
  • Make sure deliverables are represented in RAID meetings and has view on the Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies of the Program
  • Liaise with the different stakeholders of the Program across vendors and Customer and forge good working relations
  • Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
  • Create, maintain, manage, and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project objectives and timelines
  • Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes (e.g., risks and issues mitigation and assumptions clearances)
  • Conduct post-mortem and project closure reviews, customer satisfaction surveys and project teams performance appraisals
  • Oversee sourcing, delivery, negotiating and managing outside vendors
  • Define and monitor all project key constraints, Develop, and implement project communication plans
  • Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the creation of offers, contracts and time schedules as well as to the cost calculation
  • Create, review, and implement changes on internal innovation/ project management processes in alignment with the enterprises policies and procedures

Knowledge & Skill :

  • 10 years experience in Retail banking sector (Finacle experience is preferable) having core deposit products experience
  • Excellent communication skills, well versed in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Confluence
  • Self-starter able to manage work independently and drive the team to deliver on time
  • Excellent attitude to work and able to manage people, processes and systems
  • Exposure to variable SDLC methodologies is a plus (Waterfall / Agile)

APAC Finance Business Services Team is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to help lead and shape AP process for the region.

Your Key Objectives

  • Build and lead a new service delivery team
  • Drive operational excellence and customer services
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives (e.g. invoice automation)
  • Launch Business Reviews for new markets

Responsibilities :

  • The AP Service Delivery Manager, New Verticals will report to the AP / T&E Process Lead. Based ideally at foodpanda Manila, the AP Service Delivery Manager will lead a team of AP executives to deliver end to end process Accounts Payable processes for 5 countries in the region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations
  • Performance and delivery to AP Process SLA and KPIs
  • Present performance results to relevant stakeholders in governance forums (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly Business Review, etc)
  • Provide inputs that will drive process-related investment decisions and implementation
  • Ensure processes are compliant with regulations and internal controls / risk management measures
  • Manage the AP service delivery team for New Verticals (both captive and outsourced)

Others :

  • Maintain process documentation
  • Drive standardized processes and systems across the region
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders at Delivery Hero / regional teams to understand and implement relevant policies and procedures affecting AP processes
  • Actively help to solve finance operation related issues
  • Serve as the point of contact for issues within AP processes
  • Work with Transformation & Innovation team to drive continuous improvement of processes and IT enablers
  • Support internal and external audits

Requirements :

Basic Qualifications :

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience
  • Experience in services governed by SLA / KPIs and presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience in managing captive teams / outsource providers (10 FTEs combined)
  • Second Asian language (Thai, Burmese, Lao, etc.) preferred

Preferred Qualifications / Experiences :

  • Direct experience within a multi-national environment with a complex regional/country environment
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence and drive action
  • Process-oriented with understanding of financial and operational controls
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to foresee impacts
  • Proficient with CRM, ERP (SAP preferred), Inventory management systems
  • Familiar with SQL, Tableau or similar
  • Familiar with Ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
