Job Description

RAYOMAR METRO SERVICES, INC. (RMSI) is a member of Rayomar Management Inc ’s group of companies. Rayomar, one of the country’s progressive investment and management entities since 1980, has operation and ownership of several companies involved in shipping, crewing, logistics, freight forwarding and international trading.

RMSI was established in 2008 to undertake building administration, technical repairs & maintenance services. Its current services include building management, repairs & maintenance services; air-conditioning preventive maintenance, electrical, plumbing & civil repair works, and renovation/refurbishment works. Other services in the offing include Facilities Management services, Tenancy Management services, Construction and Fit-out services.

It has its own laboratory, drug testing & a Radiologic facility which includes X-ray and Ultrasound section, Dental, Optical, ECG and Audiometry facility & has a network of affiliate specialist physicians. The Clinic staff are all well experienced in the field of medical services.

The Clinic is ISO 9001:2008 Certified since July 2009 by SGS UKAS.

1. Functional
  • Prepares Journal Entries for Financial and Operational transactions.
  • Assists in preparation of Financial Reports
  • Assists in preparation of Year-end Audit Requirements
  • Assists in preparation and submission of monthly Government Statutory reports.
  • Responsible for proper filing of documents for external review and evaluation.
2. Operational Coordination
  • Refers to the Finance Manager all possible tax concerns of RMSI
  • Refers to the Finance Manager all internal control concerns of RMSI
3. Training
  • Attends Finance Roundtable sessions for updating and benchmarking.
  • Attends seminars to update professional requirements.
4. Others
  • Works with Finance Team in meeting departmental goals and quality objectives.
  • Other tasks / projects assigned by immediate superior, Finance Manager or CFO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree in BS in Commerce/Administration major in Accounting or any related Accounting course.
  • No experience required

  • Appreciation of deadlines.
  • Trustworthy, discreet and with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
