Overview

Marketing Coordinator, Proposals at TYLin. TYLin is a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm with more than 3,000 employees across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. The role provides support for marketing activities to the global pursuits team, with independent judgment under close supervision and mentorship, driving tasks that are part of the larger pursuit effort.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains marketing information systems (client files, resume and project description files, mailing lists, etc.).
  • Provide support for marketing efforts, including proposals, general marketing correspondence, and government forms.
  • With direction, completes government forms and assembles qualification packages of existing marketing materials.
  • May draft general proposal sections and supporting graphics.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and professional business writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational skills.
  • Foundational graphic design skills to develop proposal infographics and visual content.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with diverse teams in deadline-driven environments.
  • Ownership of assigned tasks with clear direction and objectives.
