Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
  • At least 6 months relevant work experience
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Oversee the work activities and transactions in the cashiering area and customer service area, ensuring sufficient manpower during peak hours by implementing effective shift management of personnel.
  • Provide assistance to management including training, communicating company goals, ensuring safety practices and deadlines to the team, keeping management updated on team performance, and motivating team members by giving recognition and small rewards.
  • Computer Skills
  • Business Applications (Netsuite, CLP, ECPay, Beam & Go, Lokal Gift, Barter)
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Supplies Control and Management
