Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by interpreting requests, utilizing problem-solving skills, internal resources, and team collaboration. Draft clear, concise, and comprehensive responses to support tickets, ensuring full resolution of user needs. Maintain strong knowledge of user accounts and access processes for effective resolution. Monitor for recurring issues and escalate following established procedures. Adhere closely to set processes and promote team compliance. Maintain high standards of communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, using empathy to tailor the approach. Perform routine administrative duties and keep timesheets/calendars accurate. Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and a background in managing inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email support. Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking effectively. Aptitude: Quick learner, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a strong team player. Advantageous: Basic data entry skills.
