Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
  • At least 6 months relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work activities and transactions in the cashiering area and customer service area. Ensure sufficient manpower during peak hours by implementing effective shift management of personnel.
  • Assist management with training, communicating company goals, ensuring safety practices and deadlines to the team, keeping management updated on team performance, and motivating team members by giving recognition and small rewards.
  • Utilize Computer Skills and Business Applications (Netsuite, CLP, ECPay, Beam & Go, Lokal Gift, Barter) as part of Customer Relationship Management and Supplies Control and Management.
