Overview Customer Care Associate at Remote (Remote) Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. Responsibilities Responsible for solving tickets per week across various Remote verticals Maintain productivity standards, while ensuring high attention to detail with a focus on the customer journey and customer advocacy Respond within agreed Service Level times to standard tickets via email and live messaging across all verticals Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams and Sales Be the voice and ear for our users Requirements Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for enhancing the customer journey and advocating for customer needs Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a product or tech environment, with hands-on experience in Live Chat and Email Support Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and support workflows Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders who have varying priorities Excellent team collaboration and communication skills—diligent, persistent, yet kind and patient with others Strong interest in modern web technologies and applications, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations comfortably Fluent in written and spoken English Nice-to-have Experience working remotely or in a fast-growing organization Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension systems Practical information Reporting to: Manager, Customer Success Team: Customer Success Location: This is a location-specific position; potential hires in New Zealand, The Philippines, Japan or Australia Start date: As soon as possible Application process Asynchronous profile review Interview with recruiter Interview with hiring manager Role Play live session Prior employment verification checks Asynchronous offer Salary and benefits Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent-hiring. Salary ranges are determined by role, level and location; actual base pay depends on location, skills, experience, training, business needs and market demands. The annual salary range for this full-time position is $14,450—$32,500 USD. Benefits include: work from anywhere, flexible paid time off, flexible working hours (async), 16 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, learning budget, home office budget & IT equipment, and budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces.
