This role is perfect for someone flexible, dependable, and ready to lead wherever needed — whether it’s foremergency coverage, reliever duty, or supporting newly opened or understaffed stores. Act as theTeam Leader or reliever in stores that are short on staff or leadership Handledaily store operations , ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Supervisesales, cashiering, and inventory activities as needed Support and guide in-store teams to reach sales targets and resolve issues Maintain store compliance with company procedures and standards Assist walk-in customers and ensure excellent front-facing service Stay updated on product pricing and store promotions At leastcollege level in IT or any business-related field Proven experience as aTeam Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment Minimum of2 years experience in sales and cashiering (POS/manual systems) Knowledgeable ininventory monitoring and basic stockroom processes Proficient inMS Office applications Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Willing to beassigned on‑call or deployed to different stores in Luzon depending on manpower needs If you're a dependable team player who thrives in fast‑paced retail environments, we want you on our roving team.
