Job Title: Roving Promodiser - SM San Lazaro DS/ Supermarket (Santa Cruz Manila)

We are seeking a dedicated and well-presented Roving Promodiser to represent our brand and assist customers across various assigned store locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to promote and sell products effectively in different retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to assigned store branches to promote and sell company products.
  • Assist customers by providing accurate product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and organization in the assigned area.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment when necessary.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
  • Provide feedback on customer inquiries, preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Uphold company standards by maintaining professionalism, good grooming, and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or College Level.
  • Height Requirement: Female – 5'2" / Male – 5'4".
  • With or without experience (training will be provided).
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different store locations.
  • No visible tattoos.
  • Good dental condition (no damage to front teeth).
  • Must be well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.
