About the role

THUNDERBIRD MANAGEMENT & SERVICE CORP.' is seeking a Roving Merchandiser to join their dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal and stock levels of our products across various retail locations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Visiting assigned retail stores on a regular basis to ensure optimal product placement, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  2. Collaborating with store managers and staff to identify and address any issues related to our products
  3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and providing regular reports to the management team
  4. Identifying and implementing strategies to improve product visibility and sales performance
  5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
  6. Assisting with the implementation of promotional activities and special events

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Merchandiser preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with store managers and staff
  4. Proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve product visibility and sales
  6. A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service
