Roving Merchandiser

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at S&L Fine Foods as a Roving Merchandiser. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are beautifully presented and readily available across multiple retail locations in Metro Manila. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and building brand awareness for our premium food and beverage products.

What you'll be doing

1. Visit assigned retail outlets on a regular basis to restock, rotate and organise product displays
2. Ensure all merchandising materials such as price tags, promotional signage and shelf talkers are in place and up-to-date
3. Monitor stock levels and liaise with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock positions
4. Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement to the Retail Manager
5. Collaborate with store staff to build strong relationships and resolve any in-store challenges
6. Gather valuable insights about customer preferences, market trends and competitor activity
7. Assist with special merchandising projects and promotional event setup as needed

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years' experience in a merchandising
2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight timelines
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store personnel
4. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
5. Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices in merchandising
6. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and brand representation
