Responsibilities Duties | Function: Building Operations/Equipment and Maintenance Supervise shift crews in repair and maintenance works Periodically inspect the entire building and its provisions in conclusion with the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer to ensure safe, continuous and efficient utility supply and technical service Conduct construction monitoring during tenant fit‑out, renovation of offices and building projects for property enhancement Recommend parts and materials requisition to purchaser Reports Management Prepare and submit report to Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer on incidents affecting the continuity of operations, causing damages to equipment and facilities Submit and discuss monthly reports with CE and ACE and give suggestions or recommendations for correction and improvement Prepare monthly report regarding fuel, water, electricity usage, charts and data, equipment and building condition as seen and evaluated by the team he/she handles Change Management To understand and adjust to organizational change and transition Adherence to Company Policy To maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure compliance of all team members Other Duties Observe and implement RCBC Plaza rules and regulations To perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time #J-18808-Ljbffr
