SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the front office, housekeeping, concierge, and guest services departments
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
  • Coordinate room assignments, occupancy levels, and special guest requests
  • Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
  • Lead, train, and motivate teams across the rooms division
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
  • Schedule staff to ensure coverage while controlling labor costs
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through service excellence
  • Implement and uphold customer service standards and protocols
  • Assist in preparing and managing the rooms division budget
  • Monitor and control operational costs and expenses
  • Analyze revenue reports, occupancy rates, and KPIs to improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, sanitation, and legal regulations
  • Implement and monitor hotel policies and procedures within the division
  • Participate in planning and forecasting room revenues.
  • Develop and implement departmental goals aligned with the hotel's objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience: 3–5 years in hotel operations with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role within the rooms division

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
