Job Description
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team in promoting and selling SOMI products to our target market.
  • Drive the development of your team, ensuring sustainable competitive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on market insights and implement innovative strategies to increase sales and expand market coverage.
  • Conduct regular mentoring and coaching sessions with Sales Executives to boost their performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring goals are met within resource constraints, maximizing growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and other departments to align efforts and pursue shared organizational goals, all in line with our company vision and values.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, providing insightful analysis on performance metrics and market trends.
Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the Trading or Construction industry.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on results.
  • Excellent problem identification and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and developing sales talent.
  • Budget management and resource allocation expertise.
  • Deep understanding of sales management principles and practices.
