Overview Business Development Manager - Chinese speaking (Remote). FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Business Development Manager - Chinese Speaking. This position is open to energetic, hard-working and ambitious professionals who are keen to explore superb earning potential in a fast-moving and friendly working environment. FP Markets is a Global CFDs broker established in 2005, with 200+ employees spanning Europe, MENA and APAC. Responsibilities Develop the country/territory you have been assigned (China) to include converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners Actively hunt for trading professionals on social and professional platforms/forums/blogs/communities to engage them as clients/partners Identify effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other partners; work with customer support to ensure an impeccable user experience Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales/marketing content Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners; retain and reactivate clients and partners Negotiate terms of partnerships based on existing rebate structures Monitor affiliates and partners regularly to optimize activities and KPIs Conduct regular market and competitor analysis; provide feedback on the customer journey to management Enforce prudent due diligence to regulatory framework per company policies and ethics Travel to conferences and business meetings as required Candidate Profile Strong preference for candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience Native or near-native Chinese is required; fluent English is essential; preference for individuals with regional experience or connections Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines Client-focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to influence and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and committed to success Ability to work well independently and in a team with a can-do attitude Our Offer Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership Opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase High autonomy and support for ideas and best practices Continuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentives Vibrant company culture with team activities and global celebrations Visa and work permit support if required Fully remote work with provision of a laptop or equipment reimbursement Your journey with FP Markets Online interview with People Function (30 min) to assess cultural fit Online interview with Hiring Manager (45 min) to assess job and team fit Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Join our team and be part of a professional, rapidly-growing company operating in a multicultural environment.
