Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hands‑on Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth and efficient service. The Shift Manager plays a key role in upholding operational standards and supporting the overall success of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain accurate shift reports. Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during the shift. Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide support as needed. Assist with staff training and development. Ensure guests receive high-quality service and resolve any complaints quickly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Complete shift reports and communicate key issues or updates to management. Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed consistently. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant / Shift Manager Completed at least 2 years in college Has strong leadership and management skills.
