About the role TAPA KING INC' is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our bustling restaurant in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, and the smooth running of all shifts. This critical role will have a direct impact on the success of our establishment within the Hospitality & Tourism industry. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts Monitor and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Assist with inventory management and stock ordering Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a Shift Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in inventory management and cost control Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment What we offer At TAPA KING INC', we believe in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
