Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high-quality Filipino cuisine, and excellent customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining operational standards, handling financial performance, and fostering a warm dining experience that highlights Filipino hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement marketing strategies, promotions, and events to boost customer engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, sales tracking, cost control, and reporting.
  • Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, discipline, and respect.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve service flow and efficiency.
  • Forecast sales and expenses to support long-term business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and storage to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Represent the restaurant in the community by fostering good relationships with local suppliers, organizations, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, ideally in an F&B or Filipino cuisine setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and health codes.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php55,000.00 per month
