About the role As the Director of Operations you will lead the operational aspects of the business, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients. As a strategic member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving the company's overall objectives and growth. What you'll be doing Oversee all operational activities within the business unit, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies and procedures to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement Manage and lead a team of operational managers and supervisors, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive high performance Monitor key performance indicators and utilisation metrics, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions Collaborate closely with other functional teams, such as sales and HR, to ensure seamless cross-functional working Represent the business with key clients, building strong relationships and managing escalations effectively Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy and vision What we're looking for Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior operational management role, preferably within the teleservices/business process outsourcing industry Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement Degree qualified, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Operations Management or a related discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
