
Senior Content Strategist

We're looking for an exceptional content strategist who will personally create most of our high-impact content while shaping how we communicate complex AI and customer experience concepts to diverse B2B audiences.
Our mission matters: We help organizations worldwide use messy unstructured customer feedback data to make better business decisions by refining it with AI. Your content will directly enable companies to learn how to use the data to understand customer needs, prioritize investment in experiences that really matter and resolve issues in real time.
You'll be our content expert—someone who understands that great B2B content educates without overwhelming, builds trust through clear, concise writing that delivers real value, and transforms complex topics into compelling narratives that different audiences can instantly grasp.
What you'll own:Strategic Content Creation (70% of your time)
- Write our most important content: thought leadership articles, how-to guides, competitive analyses and customer stories that showcase real business impact.
- Transform complex Natural Language Processing and customer experience concepts into clear, actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals
- Lead our content strategy evolution by building content that aligns with real intent, not just keywords. You’ll build logical connections between concepts that matter to our business and our target audiences, and provide recommendations on adapting our approach.
- Create relevant content using advanced AI tools (Claude, GPT-4) while maintaining authentic voice and strategic positioning
Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30% of your time)
- Guide freelance writers and occasional contributors to maintain our quality standards
- Repurpose long-form content across channels (social, newsletters, gated assets) while adapting tone and depth for each audience
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content directly supports business goals and customer journeys
Have proven content expertise
- 3+ years creating B2B SaaS content that executives actually read and share
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down
- Experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization (C-suite, product teams, end users)
- Track record of creating content that competes for real business topics, not just content that page ranking and traffic.
Master AI-powered content creation
- Advanced proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI writing tools—this is essential, not optional
- Proven ability to create original, strategic content using AI while maintaining quality and authenticity
- Understanding of how AI is changing content creation and SEO
