Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to nurture, qualify and sell prospects generated by marketing campaigns and cold-calling in a production-focused environment.
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry and technology trends to be a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect/customer objections.
  • Follow the established pre-sales process and document prospect interactions using prescribed tools for lead management.
  • Develop sales strategies while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Independently source or mine own business leads subject to review and approval before dialing.
  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets/quota.

  • Proficiency in communicating across multiple platforms; able to form connections via voice or written messages.

Experience / Education / Age
  • Working experience in sales – primarily B2B outbound sales for at least 1 year in a contact center or BPO, preferably with account management experience; experience with ERP tools like Salesforce (SF) or Netsuite preferred.
  • Inbound sales only; inbound will not be considered.
  • Experience with UCAAS and SAAS; VOIP software is a plus.
  • At least 2 years in college, any course, or Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old.
