About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in finding new clients , building strong business relationships, and closing sales opportunities while meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively search for and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation and promotional strategies.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-hunting skills.

  • Ability to independently look for clients and generate leads.

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
