Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Network Development & Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the sales network, including recruitment of brokers, agents, and referral partners.

  • Manage relationships with external sales channels to maximize property sales and market reach.

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of sales partners and provide guidance to achieve sales targets.

2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Drive the sales network in achieving individual and group sales quotas.

  • Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

  • Implement incentive programs, recognition systems, and performance improvement plans.

3. Training & Support

  • Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous coaching for agents and partner brokers.

  • Organize sales events, workshops, and product knowledge sessions to ensure up-to-date understanding of projects and offerings.

  • Provide necessary tools, marketing collaterals, and support to enhance the productivity of the network.

4. Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas for sales growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility through events, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the internal sales team assigned to manage the network.

  • Collaborate with project development, customer engagement, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience , preferably in real estate, insurance, or network-driven industries , with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.

  • Strong background in sales network development, recruitment, and performance management.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Goal-driven, proactive, and resilient in achieving sales objectives.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners, agents, and clients.
