Overview

Pricing Specialist responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations/proposals, supporting the sales team, leveraging pricing strategies to meet business objectives, and managing relationships with account managers, customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations/proposals.
  • Support the sales team in developing and finalizing quotes/proposals.
  • Assist the organization in leveraging pricing strategies to achieve key strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with account managers, customers, partners, suppliers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build high-level, profitable intercompany relationships to support sales success.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate and create customer-facing quotations by working closely with sales, managers, and customers.
  • Provide support and accurate quotations across both new and existing contracts.
  • Investigate and apply best practices for vendor tool quoting requirements to optimize profit.
  • Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and files related to proposals, contracts, and correspondence in company systems.
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as required by the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology , or any related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of extensive experience in pricing and quotation, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong background in ERP applications (SAP, D365, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of risk assessment .
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, etc.).
  • Highly process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Willing to work on-site in San Juan, Metro Manila .
