Your Role:
As a Client Records & Admin Coordinator, You Will
- Client Record Creation: Use daily reports provided by our team to create and update client records in our system.
- Invoice Accuracy: Ensure all invoice data is entered correctly and reconciled with client records. Accuracy is paramount.
- Email Management: Perform follow-up tasks such as dragging and dropping emails into designated folders or systems.
- Document Handling: Assist with basic document creation and formatting as needed.
- Data Cleanup: Conduct general data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and consistency.
- Daily Reporting: Submit a daily activity summary outlining completed tasks and any issues encountered.
- Quality Assurance: Understand that all work will be subject to quality checks and must meet predefined standards.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles (outsourcing experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, email platforms, and basic document editing tools.
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily deadlines.
- Good written communication skills for reporting.
Preferred skills/expertise:
- Fleet operations or logistics experience
- Inbound sales channel experience
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
