Overview Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and expertise of our workforce. In this full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will design and deliver impactful training programs that drive professional development and enhance the capabilities of our team. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees. Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations. Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training programs. Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design impactful solutions Proficient in using training delivery tools and technologies such as LMS platforms, authoring tools and video conferencing Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Job insights and application questions What's your expected monthly basic salary?
