Unleash the power of you About the position: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the recruitment field and contribute to the growth of our business. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing a detailed understanding of AvePoint’s business units in the Philippines Supporting recruitment efforts to enhance the quality and alignment of talent acquisition processes Assisting in the execution of talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting high‑quality talent to support business scale Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience Participating in the full lifecycle recruitment processes across various business units Contributing to talent branding initiatives and team advocacy to promote AvePoint's EVP and culture Collaborating with the People Team and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning goals Assisting in various talent‑related projects, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment, employee referral programs, and talent branding What you will bring to our team: At least 3 years experience in recruitment handling high‑volume and niche roles Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field Strong interest in developing expertise in the industry and networking within talent markets Relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish trust and partnerships with stakeholders Proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas to enhance talent acquisition strategies Effective communication and high attention to detail Familiarity with recruitment platforms and an interest in learning about status reporting Willing to work hybrid arrangement (3x work onsite, 2x work‑from‑home weekly) Amenability to travel for work (local or abroad) AvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences and identities.
