Office-based, Monday to Friday (Cebu IT Park). Shift: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. 25 days paid vacation leave + 7 days paid sick leave. Your birthday off. Two half-day wellbeing days. Role Overview As the Office Administrator in our growing Cebu operations, you will lead administrative functions and report to the Head of Operations in the Philippines. You will contribute to our mission of placing people at the center of our employee experience and cultivate an environment where employees thrive. Responsibilities Administrative Leadership: Drive operational efficiency with strategic administrative leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement. Employee Engagement: Lead engagement activities and events to foster a positive culture (e.g., celebrations, local festivities) and emphasize our value of delivering an exceptional employee experience. Employee Well-being: Oversee employee benefits management (HMO, life insurance, social security, and other government benefits). Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely adherence to local government requirements (business permits, regulatory compliance, and related processes). Office Management: Handle day-to-day office tasks, liaising with government offices and agencies (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.). Accounting and Operations: Perform basic accounting tasks (expense liquidation, receipts, records keeping, local purchases) in line with ethical practices. Attendance and Time Keeping: Manage time and attendance records to support payroll processing in line with regulations. Key Objectives Align office management with the mission of delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology. Provide seamless administrative support to the Head of Operations and staff. Facilitate efficient benefits management and regulatory compliance. Execute effective on-the-ground office management and liaison with external agencies. What are we looking for? Ability to work with diverse teams and external partners. In-depth understanding of local regulatory compliance and government processes. Basic accounting knowledge to safeguard financial health. Proven experience in office management and administrative roles. Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
