Job description: The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, managing client communications, and assisting in the development of strategies to expand the company’s market presence. This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, managing client communications, and assisting in the development of strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries for business opportunities. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate and current information. Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with prospects and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive business growth. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion. Assist in organizing business meetings, client visits, and promotional events. Track and report sales performance metrics to management. Provide administrative and coordination support to the business development and sales team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management , or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and research abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
