Job Overview
- This position will be responsible for assisting the marketing leader in planning and executing all marketing objectives in various ecommerce platform. This also includes SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Work experience in the same field is a plus
- Willing to work fulltime and onsite

Qualifications:

- Strong writing, customer relations, and organizational skills

Manage segmentation, campaign execution and post-send analysis to drive revenue per recipient, CTR, and deliverability. Own campaign calendars and flow automation across multiple DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email and SMS marketing across Klaviyo and Postscript for 3–4 DTC brands
- Define cadence, tone, segmentation, and targets for owned channels
- Build and optimize automated flows and segments
- Plan and execute 6–12+ monthly campaigns
- Test subject lines, creative, and offers via A/B testing
- Lead magnets, popups, and on-site capture forms
- Analyze post-send metrics and provide ROI insights
- Provide data-driven insights to improve performance
- Optimize funnel stages for revenue per recipient
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative, and Tech teams
- Maintain campaign calendars and track performance
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on email and SMS marketing
- Proven track record of lifecycle flows and campaigns
- Segmentation, A/B testing, personalization
- Copywriting and visual direction skills
- Popup and list-building tools familiarity
