The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic thought leader responsible for shaping and executing cohesive digital strategies that guide customers from first touchpoint to repeat purchase. This role sits at the intersection of branding, performance marketing, and retention—ensuring every digital experience, from Shopify to email, is optimized to convert and retain customers. With ownership over on-site branding, email campaign architecture, creative testing, and funnel performance, this role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the entire digital customer journey. The ideal candidate brings a visionary approach, mastery in retention marketing, and a relentless focus on data-backed growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to elevate our digital ecosystem and drive measurable results. Job Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, leading the development of full-funnel digital marketing strategies that integrate brand storytelling, performance goals, and lifecycle marketing.
